Sunday Shout Out.

This shout out is a two in one.

1. Shout out to the men of the Keys family. Daddy and Baby Chicken (aka Greg) got up at the crack of dawn to help Momma K out at the garage sale. This is a lot for both of these men.

• Dad even helped load things and sell things...yes, I said it, David Keys talked to people. that he didn't know. AND WAS NICE! and got them to buy things! Snaps to you Daddy for getting up early and being nice to all of the old people in Sun City.
  
• Baby Chicken was told he would be receiving a 10% commission on all items sold...that's $90 at the end of the day. That could buy him 18 Create Burgers, 3 tanks of gas, 2 American Apparel shirts or, if he were being the super savvy shopper that he is...it could even buy him a new pair of Seven jeans. But guess what??? He donated it! Snaps to you baby chicken, for being generous when it was really easy not to be!

2. Shout out to Momma K! She gets all caught up in the day to day and never celebrates her progress or gets excited when I tell her how fabulous she is so I am going to celebrate it for her.
She has lost 11 pounds!

11 pounds!!!

She endured a hurt back, foot pain and a bad Mexican food experience plus all of my insane ranting to her about how she should be running more and still lost 11 pounds! Snaps to you Momma K for being the skinny minny you are!
(and of course for putting together the garage sale and tagging everything all by your lonesome, so I guess that is double snaps for you!)
